Week 5 – Players of the Week
10UB Player of the Week
Philadelphia Little Flyers (10UB) Emma McNutt was a brick wall, securing a shutout against the Lady Patriots on Saturday and then holding Chester County to just two goals on Sunday in an electrifying win. Save after save, Emma’s performances were nothing short of spectacular. A true standout between the pipes!

10UA American Player of the Week
Caden contributed two goals over the weekend to help the Jr Pens go 1 and 1. Besides two goals, he (also) set up teammates with good looks and back-checked feverishly to help his defensive pairs.
10UA National Player of the Week
Patrick Staniec from the Delco Phantoms has transitioned from forward to defenseman this season. This past weekend, he excelled defensively and showed his offensive skills, scoring three goals and adding an assist.
12UB Player of the Week
Central Penn Panthers 12UB forward Owen Jordan scored five goals, including the game-winner, to help the Panthers secure a 6:5 victory over the Jr Blue Hens and the team’s second win of the season.

12UA American Player of the Week
Reading Jr Royals forward David Frank had a big seven-point weekend, tallying five goals and two assists against the Philadelphia Little Flyers and the Genesis Hockey Club.
12UAA Player of the Week
Robert “Bert” Marcalus of the Wilkes Barre Jr Pens scored his team’s lone goal in their season opener against the NJ Colonials.
14UA American Player of the Week
Exton’s Sean Hand was a consistent defender all weekend. He takes care of his end and goalie and makes spot-on passes to his offensive players.
14UA National Player of the Week
Mark Mannherz led the Exton Kings to a victory with a four-point game (three goals and an assist) en route to a 4-2 win over the Quakers. Mannherz has been a strong performer for the Kings all season—this weekend, he took his game to a new level.
16UA American Player of the Week
Delaware Jr Blue Hens goalie Brandon Aungst was a wall in net against Chester County. He stopped all but one shot to help the Blue Hens win over the previously unbeaten Cougars.

18UA Player of the Week
Cutter Jablonski from the Campus Wild. Cutter had a great effort stopping 49 of 52 shots on his net Saturday night to help secure a tie game vs the Nighthawks.
