The DELCO Phantoms.

The Delco organization was founded in 1997. The Phantoms support players from 8U through 18U. They are full members of the DVHL, the Mid Atlantic Hockey Alliance, and the Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League.

The Phantoms are back and ready to HAUNT the competition this season! With teams spread across every level, Delco will bring grit, speed, and Phantom pride to the ice night after night.
