Week 6 – Players of the Week
10UA American Player of the Week
Cooper Towey was solid in the net for the Chester County Cougars. Cooper then made three huge glove saves late in the 3rd period to keep it tied against Snider Hockey and give his team the chance to win in overtime.

10UA National Player of the Week
Delco defender Jackson Panaro has been a standout player this week. On Saturday, against the Hershey Jr. Bears, Jackson showcased his ability as a dual threat with a goal and two assists while playing great in the defensive end of the ice.

12UB Player of the Week
Chester County 12UB forward Hayden Fuller had a seven-point weekend (four goals and three assists), including an assist on the game-winner Sunday against Hatfield.

12UA American Player of the Week
Brodie Champeaux showed excellent determination this weekend during the Philadelphia Fall Classic. The Nighthawks lost to the Stamford Sharks (CT) but met again in the championship. Brodie led the way, scoring two goals (including the game-winner) and leading to a Nighthawks’ Championship!

12UA National Player of the Week
Nick Danby stood his ground and helped the Cougars finish a comeback win in overtime. Nick is a vocal and disciplined leader that the team can rely on.
12UAA Player of the Week
Dayne Wadas helped the Wilkes Barre Jr Pens to a Rock and Roll Tournament Championship in Cleveland, OH.
14UB Player of the Week
Owen Litchford led the Cougars in points this weekend. With two assists against the Ice Hawks on Saturday and a goal against the Kings on Sunday, he not only led on the scoreboard, but his positive attitude and willingness to play any position and in any situation made a huge contribution to the team’s success in both games.
14UA American Player of the Week
This past weekend, Alex Silva was fantastic for the Wilkes Barre Jr Pens in the Rock-and-Roll Tournament in Cleveland. Alex faced 186 shots and had 176 saves on the weekend!
14UA National Player(s) of the Week
Two players from the DVHL Quakers U14 National team scored three hat-tricks this past weekend at the Congressional Cup in Washington, D.C. Shane Shoneleber had one, while Ryan Anderson scored two hat-tricks in two separate tournament games, helping the Quakers advance to the Finals.
16UA American Player of the Week
Patrick Jugan earned his first goal with The Campus Wild on Saturday against the Chester County Cougars.
16UAA Player of the Week
Hannah Szobacsan earns Player of the Week honors for the second time. Hannah (an underage, 2010) had another fantastic weekend for Central Penn, earning a tie Saturday in Princeton and stopping 54 of 57 shots in a loss Sunday against the first-place Snider Hockey team.
