The Chester County Cougars Youth Ice Hockey Club

The Chester County Cougars completed a spectacular season as DVHL 10U A National Champions, finishing with a dominant 20-1-0 record and 80 points to secure first place in the regular season standings. From the start, the Cougars set themselves apart with explosive offense and disciplined team play, beginning the season with a 4-0 shutout over Central Penn and quickly building momentum with a string of high-scoring victories. Their regular season featured several standout performances, including double-digit wins over the Delmarva Raptors, Hershey Jr. Bears, and Genesis Hockey Club Ruina. The Cougars displayed consistency and strength in every zone, blending a deep scoring lineup with rock-solid defensive structure. Even in tight contests, like their 7-6 win over the Exton Kings or an 8-3 triumph over Central Penn, the team showed resilience and composure to come out on top.

Chester County Cougars’ remarkable regular season was fueled by a talented group of top performers who led the way on both ends of the ice. Jaxon Glasgow stood out as one of the league’s most dominant forwards, netting 52 goals and 23 assists for an outstanding 75 points in 21 games, while also leading the team with 7 power play goals. Travis Blaine added tremendous scoring depth from defense, contributing 28 goals and 16 assists, including 5 shorthanded tallies. Brycen Bley, Kenneth Davis and Ethan Bojarski were also key offensive catalysts, each recording over 30 points and proving to be reliable playmakers. Between the pipes, goaltenders Connor Okonski and Evan Free combined for 15 wins, each posting solid goals-against averages of 2.37 and 2.55, respectively, while splitting time evenly and recording multiple shutouts. The synergy between this core group and the team’s depth was a majorfactor in Chester County’s dominance throughout their championship season.

Their postseason was a perfect reflection of their regular season dominance. Chester County opened the playoffs with a convincing 6-1 win over Genesis Hockey Club Ruina, followed by a strong 6-2 semifinal performance against the Exton Kings. In the championship game, the Cougars delivered a statement victory, defeating the Kings once again—this time in emphatic fashion with a 10-1 final score to clinch the DVHL title. The Cougars’ playoff run was marked by confident puck movement, balanced scoring, and stellar goaltending, all of which culminated in a well-deserved championship. It was a season to remember for Chester County, who demonstrated excellence, unity, and championship character from start to finish.

The Cougars had five of their standout players honored as DVHL All-Stars for their exceptional performances during the 2024–25 10U A National Championship season.

Leading the way, Jaxon Glasgow was named to the All-League Team as a forward after an extraordinary season that saw him score 52 goals and collect 75 total points, making him one of the most dominant offensive players in the league. Joining him on the All-League Team was Travis Blaine, who brought a dynamic presence on the blue line, tallying 28 goals and 44 points while also showcasing his impact on special teams with five shorthanded goals. Rounding out the All-League selections, goaltender Connor Okonski earned his spot with a stellar campaign, winning seven games with a 2.37 goals-against average, two shutouts, and a .864 save percentage.

In addition to the All-League honors, Brycen Bley was selected to the First Team All-Stars as a forward. Bley was a consistent offensive force, posting 18 goals and 34 points while playing a key role on both the power play and penalty kill. Ethan Bojarski earned Second Team All-Star honors after averaging more than two points per game in limited action, finishing the season with 32 points in just 15 games.
