The DELCO Phantoms.
The DELCO organization was founded in 1997. The Phantoms support players from 8U through 18U. They are full members of the DVHL, the Mid Atlantic Hockey Alliance, and the Eastern Junior Elite Prospects League.
The DELCO will have 15 teams competing in 2024-25—the Phantoms will also host the DVHL Championship Weekend in 2025!
