With a 19-5-0 regular season record and 77 points, the Ice Hawks earned the top spot in the standings and established themselves as the team to beat. They opened the season with a statement 9-3 win over Genesis Hockey Club and never looked back, recording several commanding victories, including back-to-back shutouts of Central Penn and the Phila. The team’s mid-season surge was especially impressive, as they rattled off nine wins in their final 10 regular-season games, driven by a balanced offense, tight defense, and excellent goaltending. David Kemmerer earned a spot on the prestigious All-League Team as a forward, leading the Ice Hawks with 43 goals and 62 total points.
