Hatfield Ice Hawks Earn Title in 4-0 Shutout Victory Over Wilmington Night Hawks

The Hatfield Ice Hawks put together a stellar performance in the playoffs, shutting out the Wilmington Night Hawks with a decisive 4-0 victory. Strong goaltending from Lucas Fox and a well-balanced offensive attack secured the win.

The Ice Hawks took control early, striking first at 13:24 when David Kemmerer netted an unassisted goal to put his team ahead 1-0. Just before the period ended, Logan Matijasick extended the lead at 0:11, with David Kemmerer providing the assist, making it 2-0 going into the second.

Hatfield continued its strong offensive push in the second period. Jack Jones found the back of the net at 10:59, scoring unassisted to widen the lead to 3-0.

The Ice Hawks put the finishing touches on their Championship performance when Logan Matijasick scored his second goal of the game at 10:23, assisted by Jack Jones and Sean Flynn, sealing the 4-0 victory.

Lucas Fox (Hatfield Ice Hawks) was outstanding in net, turning away all 19 shots he faced to earn the shutout. Hadley Day (Wilmington Night Hawks) put up a strong effort with 21 saves on 25 shots, but the Hatfield offense proved too much to handle.
